"Criminal" Catches Fish That Is 2" Too Small

A Brevard County, FL man was arrested after one of the state's minions boarded his boat and explained that the measurement must extend to the fork of the fish's tail, not the tip.

As is always the case with the thieves who work for the king, this is all about collecting money for the throne. I find it hilarious that the article reads "But the judge spared him jail time." Well, bless his heart for not throwing a man in a cage for catching a fish that "violated" the arbitrarily set dictate.
