End the Insane War on Drugs

Here is a great report from Cenk Uygar on MSNBC in support of ending the insane war on drugs. It's great to see someone from the Left with this perspective. Could the Right follow suit anytime soon?

TSA: Life as a Screener is "Horrible"

Here is an article about how terrible it is to be a TSA groper, from the perspective of a TSA groper.

"The work life here is horrible," said McCoy, president of his local union representing officers. Turnover is like a "revolving door" and health benefits are "atrocious," he said. Morale is low and so is the pay, he added.

Officers typically start at $29,000, but that's only if they're working full-time.

A single tear rolls down my cheek.

US Military Places Weapons on Murdered Iraqi Civilians

This is a very powerful video about how the US military carries "drop weapons" that they can place on Iraqi civilians after murdering them in order to sell the story that they were "insurgents". Even if the Iraqis did in fact have weapons, doesn't a man have the right to protect himself from an invading foreign army?

TSA "Security" is a Joke

Over the past couple weeks I have had to endure the "security" checkpoints in the St. Louis and Philadelphia airports due to work travel. In neither airport was I subjected to the X-ray scanners, but instead walked through the traditional metal detectors. This is puzzling because we were told by the spokesbureaucrats at the TSA that these porno machines were necessary in keeping us safe.

So, the TSA knowingly has in the past weeks let a vital and absolutely necessary screening procedure go unused and thus exposed the country to countless security threats, right? How is the country surviving? The TSA's security procedures are simply theater, and are used to condition the people to continue blindly obeying their perceived masters. Wake up, people!
