US Military in 175 Countries

Toward the end of the 3rd quarter of the Rams / Broncos game on Sunday, the announcers (Ron Pitts and John Lynch) began their traditional thanking and lauding of the US military watching from all over the globe. Pitts, echoed by the graphic on the screen, specifically gushed about the US military members from 175 countries throughout the world, and parroted the propaganda of how they are "protecting our freedoms".

I have previously written about the US Empire's presence throughout globe here, so it really should come as no surprise when I see a statistic like the one on Sunday. But this is particularly striking when you consider the fact that there is only a total of 196 countries in the world.

Let this be a warning to you remaining 21 countries: the US Imperial Army is watching you.
