Those in Ukraine now must pay a fine of about $110 or face a prison sentence of up to 3 years if found with pornography, unless used for medicinal purposes (what?). Despite the fact that this ridiculous legislation wreaks of the work of the morality police, it has little to do with morality but is a revenue production device. When government coffers are depleted, the general population must replenish.
